About Seaview Screens

Before hiring someone to re-screen your pool enclosure consider the following:

YEARS IN SERVICE:

When you select a company that's been around for a number of years, there's a better chance they'll be around in the future if you need them. (Seaview Screen Service has been in business since October 1983)

LICENSE AND INSURANCE:

Screen EnclosureHiring an unlicensed or uninsured individual to work around your house is taking an unnecessary risk. Worker's compensation and general liability insurance is a must. Don't take their word for it. Just because someone advertises 'licensed and insured' doesn't mean that they really are. Call the licensing department for verification in your county. Avoid using someone with only an occupational license. It is unlawful for any structural repairs to be performed by someone other than a licensed Aluminum Contractor. (Seaview Screen Service ' Stan Lester' is a licensed Aluminum Contractor since 1978 and carries general liability and worker's compensation insurance on all employees)

EMPLOYEES:

Many companies sub-contract their labor; often to someone they may not even know. The honesty and integrity of the workers is as important as the company you select. Insist that the company employees are just that, company employees. (Seaview Screen Service is a family operation and its employees are long time employees of Seaview.)

PAYMENT:

A reputable contractor or individual will not ask for a deposit on repairs or rescreening. Checks should always be made payable to a company name for any warrantee to be valid and not to an individual. (Seaview Screen Service requires payment upon completion in cash, check, or credit card.)
